September is all about volunteerism. Join us for ISC2gether from 22-24 September or assist Front Range with their many initiatives to prepare their students to meet the ever growing demand for new cybersecurity professionals.
ISC2gether Events
ISC2gether is a global initiative, partnering with The Center for Cyber Safety and Education to bring ISC2 members together from 22 - 24 September in the spirit of volunteerism and assist in their local communities. As your local chapter, we have volunteering opportunities for you! Sign up with Helper Helper and select the [Boulder Chapter] from the Team drop-down menu to get started.
Opportunities currently available include:
- Safe and Secure Online
- Careers in Cyber Event
- Exam Study Group
- Fundraiser
- Resume Review Event
Front Range Community College
Our continued partnership with Front Range Community College means there are volunteering opportunities all year round. By lending some of your time and expertise, the information you provide can strengthen the academic programs and better prepare upcoming cybersecurity professionals for life after school.
Here are just a few areas that Front Range would like to hear about from you:
- In-demand entry-level cyber security positions
- Common and emerging tools and resources
- Reference material and other content that can be used in courses
